To contribute to the national agriculture development objectives of improving household food security and livelihood, increase rural incomes and livelihoods by; Promoting biological and economical productivity of livestock and crops diversification yields and sustainable environmental management; promoting producer and marketing organizational capacity inclusive of cooperatives food processing and value addition for agricultural products in the market place.
